At every BBQ, family gathering, and event my Mom’s go to recipe was making Pork fried rice from home. It became one of the most sought after dishes in the buffet and my family members always looked forward to the most.

The great thing about this recipe is that you can substitute veggies, meats, and rice to suit your tastes. It is also a lot healthier and cheaper in comparison to ordering take out.
